Baymac Referral Program: Terms and Conditions


Program Enrollment:

  • To join the Baymac Referral Program, members should register using the link included provided by Baymac.

Unique Referral Link:

  • Upon enrollment, each member will receive a unique referral link. This link can be shared with family, friends, and colleagues to invite them to become a Baymac member and purchase a Baymac paid service.


Campaign Duration:

  • This referral program is valid 60 days from the campaign launch date.
  • Baymac reserves the right to extend the campaign or make it an ongoing program. Members will be informed if the program is extended beyond the initial 60 days.


Reward Eligibility:

  • A reward of a US$100 Digital Prepaid Mastercard will be issued to the referring member once the referred individual:
    • Becomes a paid Baymac member by completing the registration process.
    • Successfully purchases a paid service through Baymac.


Reward Distribution:

  • The US$100 Digital Prepaid Mastercard will be sent automatically to the email address used to register for the referral program.
  • Rewards will be distributed via email within 30 days of the referred individual's completed membership and paid service purchase.
  • The Digital Prepaid Mastercard can be used online or in-store, wherever Mastercard is accepted.


Unlimited Referrals:

  • There is no limit to the number of referrals a Baymac member can make. The referring member will receive a US$100 Digital Prepaid Mastercard for every successful referral that meets the eligibility criteria.


Duplicate Referrals:

  • Rewards will not be issued for duplicate referrals. If multiple members refer the same individual, the reward will be issued to the member whose unique referral link was used first during the referred individual’s successful membership registration and paid service purchase.


Referred Member Eligibility:

  • To qualify as a successful referral, the referred individual must be a new member of Baymac. Existing Baymac members, previously registered individuals, or family beneficiaries will not be considered valid referrals.


Reward Tracking:

  • Members can track the status of their referrals and rewards by logging into their Baymac Referral Program member portal. If there are any discrepancies or issues with rewards, members should contact Baymac support for assistance.


Referral Program Changes:

  • Baymac reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, including but not limited to changes in the reward structure or eligibility criteria. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes.


Fraud Prevention:

  • Any attempts to manipulate or fraudulently participate in the referral program, including creating fake accounts or providing false information, will result in disqualification and potential termination of Baymac membership.


Non-Transferability:

  • Rewards issued under the Baymac Referral Program are non-transferable and may only be used by the recipient member. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual.


Disputes and Resolution:

  • Any disputes regarding the referral program or reward issuance must be reported to Baymac within 60 days of the issue at info@baymac.net. Baymac’s decision on all matters relating to the program will be final and binding.
